FSSC22000 Food Safety Management

The company will obtain FSSC 22000 in July 2019.
FSSC 22000 is one of the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) schemes.
We are seeking to apply the high standard of food safety certification.

We will continue to incorporate the needs for food safety and security and value-added needs, establish and maintain thorough quality control and quality management, and continuously improve the effectiveness of these systems.

ABOUT NON-GLUTEN RICE FLOUR

Quality manufacturing standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

The Japan Rice Flour Mills Association created this non-gluten certification system in June 2018 to distinguish non-gluten rice flour products from gluten-free products. The “non-gluten” label guarantees a gluten content of 1ppm or less, whereas gluten-free products traditionally contain up to 20ppm of gluten.

「 First in Japan 」

Gluten rice flour. This is a standard set by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to control the manufacturing process of rice flour so that the gluten content of the product is 1ppm or less by identifying the areas where gluten may get mixed in and preventing gluten from getting mixed in.
