Rice flour gateau chocolat

Moist and rich gâteau chocolat made with rice flour. Please try it for Valentine’s Day and other occasions.
Ingredients
- 18cm cake mold
- Chocolate・・・150g
- Fresh creams・・・100cc
- Oil・・・2 Tbsp
- Eggs (separated into yolks and whites)・・・3eggs
- Rice flour・・・30g
- Cocoa powder・・・30g
- Sugar・・・60g
How to cook
- 1.Place chocolate, cream, and oil in a bowl and melt well over a pan of simmering water.
- 2.Remove from the hot water bath, add the egg yolks to 1 and mix well, then add the rice flour and shaken cocoa powder and mix further.
- 3.Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl, adding the sugar in several additions.
- 4.Add the egg whites whisked in step 3 to 2 in several batches and mix lightly.
- 5.Put the dough from 4 into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
