Glutinous Chinese bun dough made in a seiro.

Ingredients

  • ●Rice flour for bread 450g・・・100g
  • ●Sugar・・・10g
  • ●Salt・・・3g
  • ●Dry yeast・・・2g
  • psyllium・・・2g
  • lukewarm water・・・90cc
  • Ingredients (meat, bean paste, etc.)

How to cook

  1. 1.In a bowl, mix the ● ingredients lightly.
  2. 2.Add lukewarm water to 1 and mix well with a spatula.
  3. 3.Add the psyllium to 2, mix to combine into one, divide into thirds and let rest for a while.
