Chinese steamed buns made with rice flour

Glutinous Chinese bun dough made in a seiro.
Ingredients
- ●Rice flour for bread 450g・・・100g
- ●Sugar・・・10g
- ●Salt・・・3g
- ●Dry yeast・・・2g
- psyllium・・・2g
- lukewarm water・・・90cc
- Ingredients (meat, bean paste, etc.)
How to cook
- 1.In a bowl, mix the ● ingredients lightly.
- 2.Add lukewarm water to 1 and mix well with a spatula.
- 3.Add the psyllium to 2, mix to combine into one, divide into thirds and let rest for a while.
- 4.Roll out the dough from 3 with a rolling pin into a round shape, wrap the desired ingredients, and place in a steamer.
- 5.Place a steamer (seiro) over a pot of boiling water, turn off the heat, and let ferment for about 10 minutes.
- 6.Turn the heat back on and steam for about 15 minutes.
