Chewy rice flour crepe

Accented with the savory flavor of brown rice flour! The crepe dough is chunky and satisfying.
Ingredients
- Rice flour・・・90g
- Roasted brown rice flour・・・1 tsp.
- Egg・・・2eggs
- Milk・・・250cc
- Sugar・・・1 tbsp
- Oil・・・1 tbsp
- *You can bake 5-6 pieces in a 24cm pan.
How to cook
- 1.In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar well.
- 2.After mixing the milk into 1, add the rice flour and brown rice flour and mix further.
Brown rice flour tends to form lumps, so sift it in.
If you do not have brown rice flour, use 100 g of rice flour. - 3.Add oil to 2 and mix well more.
- 4.Spread a thin layer of the batter from 3 onto a greased pan and cook until done on both sides.
- 5.Serve with fruit and cream, if desired.
